Letrozole

Concurrent use of Estradiol and Danazol should be avoided. There is a theoretical risk that the effects of both Estradiol and Danazol might be altered or reduced on concurrent use.
Phenobarbitone

Dose adjustment of Glimepiride is required while taking Estradiol and it is recommended to monitor the blood glucose levels regularly.
